Fee Schedule

In most cases, Unified Engineering projects can be categorized in one of two ways:

Fixed-price projects
For projects with a well-defined scope of work, Unified's services can be rendered for a fixed price agreed upon before the work commences.

Fixed-price projects will be billed upon completion unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Time-and-expense projects
For more open-ended projects, Unified will charge for the time of its professional staff according to the following schedule:

	Michael J. Clemens		$215/hr
	David E. Dix		$210/hr
	Mark A. Lawrence		$220/hr
	Lori A. Streit		$240/hr

Expenses incurred for travel, meals, lodging, photographic and videographic supplies and processing, as well as other items and services required for project work will be charged to the client with no additional fees attached. Usage fees for certain computer and laboratory equipment will also be charged. Normal office expenses for photocopies, faxes, telephone calls and the like will not be charged to the client.

Time-and-expenses projects will be billed monthly or upon the completion of project milestones.

Payment terms are net 30 days for all projects.
